XLSolutions Consulting is in search of strong SAS Programmers who who highly organized and self-motivated. You'll be afforded the independence of managing your own workload with minimal supervision when you apply your talents at our client sites
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of customer data needs.
Working to design and develop data extraction and reporting applications
Writing applications to pull data and format it into various reporting formats.
Interfacing with customers
Delivery of completed datasets to the requesting customer
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education and Training:
BS or MS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related field
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Significant experience with SAS application development is required, as is experience with relational databases and SQL-based data queries.
knowledge of and experience with the full application development lifecycle is essential. Customer service skills are necessary.
Experience with SAS Enterprise Miner.
Experience with server based software platforms.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
General office environment. No special physical demands. EOE
